Pride Protection Security is committed to providing dependable, professional, and confidential security and investigative services. These policies outline our service standards and the responsibilities of our company, personnel, clients, and visitors.Professional ConductAll security officers and investigators are expected to perform their duties with professionalism, integrity, respect, and sound judgment. Harassment, discrimination, excessive force, dishonesty, substance use while on duty, and other inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited.Licensing and TrainingPersonnel will only perform assignments for which they possess the required training, licensing, certifications, and authorization. Armed officers must follow all applicable firearm requirements and company safety procedures.Customized Security PlansEach assignment may be evaluated before services begin to determine staffing, scheduling, equipment, reporting, and safety requirements. Services will be provided according to the approved agreement and site instructions.Scheduling and StaffingClients must provide accurate service dates, times, locations, and assignment details. Staffing is based on availability and the requirements of the assignment. Schedule changes may affect pricing or officer availability.Client ResponsibilitiesClients must disclose known hazards, previous incidents, restricted areas, emergency procedures, and other information that may affect the safety of personnel or the public. Clients are responsible for providing authorized access to the service location.Access ControlSecurity personnel may verify identification, monitor entrances, maintain visitor logs, and restrict access according to the client’s approved policies. Individuals who refuse to follow established access procedures may be denied entry or referred to management or law enforcement.Incident ReportingSecurity personnel will document significant incidents, suspicious activities, policy violations, emergencies, and other relevant observations. Reports will be completed accurately and shared only with authorized parties.Emergency ResponseDuring an emergency, personnel will prioritize safety, contact emergency services when appropriate, follow site procedures, and assist within the limits of their training and authority. Security personnel do not replace police officers, firefighters, or emergency medical professionals.Use of ForceForce may only be used when legally justified, reasonably necessary, and consistent with applicable laws, training, and company procedures. De-escalation and verbal communication will be used whenever reasonably possible.Weapons PolicyOnly properly licensed, trained, authorized, and assigned personnel may carry approved weapons while on duty. Weapons must be handled and secured according to applicable laws, licensing requirements, and company procedures.Confidentiality and PrivacyClient information, investigative findings, incident reports, photographs, recordings, and personal information will be handled confidentially. Information will only be disclosed to authorized individuals or when required by law.Investigation ServicesInvestigative services will be conducted using lawful and ethical methods. Pride Protection Security will not participate in illegal surveillance, harassment, unauthorized access, impersonation, or any activity that violates privacy rights or applicable laws.Surveillance and EvidenceSurveillance notes, photographs, recordings, and related materials will be collected and stored with care. Results are based on information available during the investigation, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.Fire Watch ServicesFire watch personnel will conduct scheduled patrols, monitor for hazards, maintain required logs, and report emergencies according to the approved fire watch plan. Clients remain responsible for repairing and maintaining their fire-protection systems.Prohibited ConductWeapons not authorized for the assignment, illegal drugs, alcohol, threats, violence, harassment, and interference with security operations are prohibited. Pride Protection Security may suspend services when conditions become unsafe or unlawful.Payments and DepositsPricing is based on the type of service, staffing level, location, schedule, risk, and assignment requirements. Deposits or advance payments may be required. Final payment terms, overtime rates, and additional charges will be listed in the client’s service agreement.Cancellations and ReschedulingCancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible. Deposits or scheduled service fees may be nonrefundable when notice is not provided within the timeframe stated in the service agreement.Service LimitationsSecurity and investigative services are designed to reduce risks, deter unwanted activity, and provide professional support; however, no security company can guarantee that every crime, loss, emergency, or incident will be prevented.Complaints and ConcernsClients may report service concerns to management for prompt review. Complaints will be handled professionally, documented appropriately, and investigated when necessary.Termination of ServicesPride Protection Security reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services because of nonpayment, unsafe conditions, illegal requests, inaccurate information, abusive behavior, contract violations, or interference with assigned personnel.Policy UpdatesThese policies may be updated as business needs, safety standards, licensing requirements, or applicable laws change. Service-specific requirements and final terms will be provided in the client agreement.By hiring Pride Protection Security, the client acknowledges and agrees to follow all approved service terms, site procedures, payment requirements, and safety expectations.
